GRANNY’S ROAST

I have never been a huge roast fan, until a few years ago when my grandma made this roast. I have no idea where she got this recipe, but it is GOOD. She made it one day and acted like it was no big deal and we have not changed it since. It was so good that I literally remember the first time I ate it. This recipe is so easy, which is one of the reasons why I love it so much.

I usually like to eat it with mashed potatoes and green beans. Quarantine got the best of us and all we had was rice and carrots– still, two great options. 10/10 would recommend.

Ingredients:

2-3 lb. sirloin tip roast

1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

1 pkg. Au Jus Gravy mix

1 stick of butter

Dump all the ingredients on top of the roast in a crockpot. Cook on high for 6-8 hours. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
